Meet Zahra Batool, ZB Couture’s Designer
I make bridal gowns and formal dresses for the modern woman who wants it all impeccably crafted, sustainably luxurious designs that honor herself and Mother Nature. My journey as an artist began with crayons and coloring paper and took me right through to a bachelor of arts in textile design and post-grad study at New York’s Fashion Institute of Technology.
Through it all, I always knew that I wanted my designs to empower women, giving them the confidence to step into the spotlight and shine at their weddings and other major life moments. I studied everything from design and draping to fashion theory and tailoring. So that whatever artistic vision I could dream up in my mind, I had the skills to bring it into vivid, full – color reality. It was that passion for brides and beauty that planted the seeds of my career as a couturier. When I debuted my very first designs in 2018, I named the collection “Symphony of Rose” to capture the grand romance and immersive quality of my creations. Since then, ZB Couture has blossomed beyond my wildest dreams, and I’ve been honored with features in Neiman Marcus, Vogue, Conde Nast, Bergdorf Goodman, Pildora, Bibi, Tatler, and more.
